We always put our focus on our customers. We offer competent, reliable and person centered home care services. As soon as we know your care needs including histories, interests and preferences; as we are a Domiciliary Care Agency and an introductory live-in care agency we will carefully match and identify a staff for you.
The identified staff profile is communicated to you or your representative. The staff profile will cover work history and personal qualities. If this is all agreed our Care Coordinator will send your needs profile to the prospective staff who will make a phone call to you for a brief introduction. If both of you are happy to go ahead, our Care Coordinator will then invite the staff to start providing care as per agreement.
Our Care Coordinator will call you every month to ensure that you are happy with the care support and services you are receiving. Our Care Coordinator will annually send out a quality questionnaire to help us improve our services in future.
